ADELAIDE HILLS

Thursday night I had a real hard time falling asleep. It took me 5 hours (3 am), but luckily I had time to sleep in on friday. However I didn't want to get up too late, but I figured I'd wake up sometime and then just get up even though I wanted to sleep more. That didn't go as planned. At all. I woke up, felt a little tired and wanted to check the time which I thought would be around 12. It was 14.45. Hahaha. Uhm, so I just messed up my rhythm big time.... Because of that I couldn't go for the long walk I had planned, but just went for a short one around the area. It's so beautiful up here, you have no idea! Especially when the sun is out.

Well afterwards we went down to the city to explore a market, which is there every friday, and have dinner. However we ended up in a store that had 50 % off sale... You know me, had to get something! So we got out of there pretty late, ran through the market to try to find me a micro sim for my phone, but all tele-stores were closed. So we went to an Italian restaurant and ate a pretty late dinner. It was very nice though :-) 

Last night I couldn't sleep once again, and I didn't fall asleep until 3 am. Weee, love it. Not. The funny thing is that around 1 am I begin to feel very very VERY hungry, since that is dinner time in DK. Haha. Well I had to get up early to go do some stuff, so I'll see if tonight's any better. Today we went to get me a micro sim, which I'll put in my tonight - then you wont be able to reach to me on my Danish number (facetime and so on), but I'll post my Australian number as soon as I get it all set :-) 

We then went to K-mart to get some basic stuff, which was really nice - needed it! Afterwards we went to the house I'll be sharing with two girls to put in my bed and some other stuff - the family had arranged everything for me, which is over the top nice of them. Everything is now set, and tomorrow I'll move my stuff down there to stay. I'll be staying in a nice room in a really great house with Tom's girlfriend Beth and one of her friends, and I'm really excited about it! I also met Aldo's wife Jen, who's super nice and great just as the rest of the family :-)

Also I was going to apply for my Tax File Number, which is something you need in order to not pay that much taxes and to keep track. But the webpage failed on me, so I'll have to do it tomorrow... blaaah. 

So anyway, tonight we're probably going to see a gig with Tom's girlfriend Beth, who is playing in a band.
